My mother always says "no good deed goes unpunished," which is the other way of saying we only hurt the ones we love. At first these seem like cynical cliché, but they are masking whats underneath, peaking out... the good deed and love.

depends if you are more close to people's expectations or not... Are people expecting you to do things you cannot do, or be what you're not in essence...
