Among my friends and family people who sing also speak very well, loud and clear.....most of them say singing helps in speaking...so speaking could be simple singing...

In some languages, there are many tones when speaking. It is more like singing. So you can probably experience a simple concert listening to this kind of foreign language, especially when you don't understand a word of it.
